Consistently recognized by publications including Chambers USA for Bankruptcy and Restructuring (2021–2025), Jennifer represents Chapter 11 debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, special servicers, property owners, asset purchasers, corporate officers, special committees, and post-confirmation trustees. Her practice spans pre bankruptcy planning, in court and out of court restructurings, and liquidations, including complex Chapter 11 matters involving plan litigation, Section 363 sales, valuation disputes, debtor in possession financing, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
