Her practice spans pre bankruptcy planning, in court and out of court restructurings, and liquidations, including complex Chapter 11 matters involving plan litigation, Section 363 sales, valuation disputes, debtor in possession financing, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
