Jennifer Nassiri is a seasoned restructuring lawyer who provides strategic guidance to clients navigating complex financial and operational challenges. With experience across healthcare, entertainment, retail, and real estate, she advises a wide range of stakeholders in high-stakes matters.

Consistently recognized by publications including Chambers USA for Bankruptcy and Restructuring (2021–2025), Jennifer represents Chapter 11 debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, special servicers, property owners, asset purchasers, corporate officers, special committees, and post-confirmation trustees. Her practice spans pre bankruptcy planning, in court and out of court restructurings, and liquidations, including complex Chapter 11 matters involving plan litigation, Section 363 sales, valuation disputes, debtor in possession financing, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. She also regularly counsels intellectual property licensors and licensees in distressed transactions and bankruptcy.

Jennifer also has a robust healthcare restructuring practice, guiding clients through the unique financial, regulatory and operational pressures facing distressed hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities.
