Yuanmei Lu is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Shanghai office.
Yuanmei specializes in representing investment funds, institutional investors and portfolio companies on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including convertible note and SAFE financings; preferred stock financings; growth equity investments; secondary sales of founder equity; mergers and acquisitions; and fund formation and management.
Yuanmei also represents publicly-held companies, especially foreign private issuers, with their 1934 Act reporting obligations and with NASDAQ, NYSE and other exchange listing and compliance matters.
Yuanmei has worked with investors and companies in a variety of industries, including semiconductors, life sciences, technology, biotech, video games, beauty and personal care, and consumer goods.
