William Ziegelbauer is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the firm's New York office and a member of the firm's Healthcare, Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Teams.
Healthcare
William serves as a trusted advisor to clients on complex corporate transactions in the healthcare sector, including mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, minority investments, joint ventures, reorganizations, and general corporate matters. William also advises clients on corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) matters and the development of shared-risk and value-based arrangements.
William works closely with his clients to strategically structure transactions to meet their business and regulatory needs, both at the time of the transaction and over the long run. He regularly advises his clients' boards and executive teams on critical decisions facing their organizations.
William's advice is informed by his experience representing clients with diverse perspectives and prerogatives. He represents entrepreneurs, physician practices, payors, private equity firms, public companies, privately-held companies and family offices, and he has approached transactions from all angles, including investor and company-side representations and sell-side and buy-side representations.
William's extensive experience includes providing counsel on several of the largest and most impactful healthcare transactions in recent years.

Beyond his work in the healthcare space, William also has extensive experience with complex corporate transactions in other fields, including representations of probiotics and supplement developers and sellers, business service companies, e-commerce platforms and technology companies.

William has also become an expert regarding, and provided extensive advice to companies of all kinds concerning, paycheck protection program loan regulations.
