Tori Kutzner represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court and in arbitration. She has litigated business disputes, breach of contract and other business tort actions, securities class actions, construction defect and public works disputes, and real estate disputes in several industries. She has experience with all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing and responding to pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, and appellate practice.
While in law school, Tori served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
