Tina’s work includes commercial and residential real estate projects, with experience in common interest developments. She helps prepare CC&Rs, disclosures, and other agreements used in these communities.
Tina brings significant in-house experience in hospitality, development, and asset management. Prior to joining Sheppard, she served as counsel for Blackstone’s hospitality portfolio arm, where she supported the development and sale of full ownership, limited-term occupancy residences at a landmark San Diego resort. Her experience includes advising on complex commercial and operational contracts, hotel management and franchise agreements, and real estate transactions. Throughout her career, Tina has worked closely with asset management teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions
