Stephanie Calnan is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Stephanie represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, defamation, intellectual property rights, real estate disputes, and bankruptcy claims. Stephanie advises clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings and motion practice, conducting discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal.
Stephanie is also committed to pro bono work. She has successfully represented two minors seeking legal status in the United States, drafted an amicus brief relating to exclusionary zoning policies in municipalities, assisted women in a homeless shelter with accessing relevant legal resources, and successfully represented an individual facing eviction in housing court.
