Shane Killeen is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office and is a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Public Company Corporate Governance and Compliance teams.
Shane represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters. He counsels public and private buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. He also advises public companies on securities matters, Exchange Act reporting, NASDAQ and NYSE compliance, capital markets transactions and general corporate governance matters.
