Sean O’Connor is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who focuses on disputes involving real estate. Representing property owners and developers, he litigates partnership disputes, property valuations, land use and eminent domain, among other issues.
Sean has served as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials and handled appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. He has taken trials to jury verdict in Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties in California as well as Portland, Oregon.
He represents businesses of all sizes—from local private companies to lenders, law firms and Fortune 500 multinationals, including national department store retailers and Chevron, for which he handles eminent domain matters and other real estate disputes.
In addition to real estate litigation, Sean handles business tort and contract disputes and complex class action litigation.
Outside the office, Sean is an avid outdoorsman. He loves to flyfish, hike, backpack and snow ski.
