Sarah McGrath is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office.
Drawing on her background in chemical engineering, Sarah focuses her practice on patent litigation across industries from high-tech to pharmaceuticals. She has represented clients in patent disputes across several of the nation's leading patent litigation venues, including the Eastern Districts of Texas and the District of Delaware. Her experience spans multiple phases of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, claim construction, fact and expert discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in procuring special immigrant juvenal status, protecting the privacy of LGBTQ+ youth, and accessing essential healthcare for prisoners.
During her time at U.C. Davis School of Law, Sarah served as an articles editor for U.C. Davis Law Review and as vice president of King Hall Intellectual Property Association.
