Ross has extensive experience in virtually all types of real estate debt transactions, spanning fixed-rate permanent mortgage loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities market, floating-rate bridge loans for public CLOs, construction and mezzanine financing, and preferred equity investments. He also counsels clients on loan purchases, sales, intercreditor agreements and non-performing loan workouts.
