Ross has extensive experience in virtually all types of real estate debt transactions, spanning fixed-rate permanent mortgage loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities market, floating-rate bridge loans for public CLOs, construction and mezzanine financing, and preferred equity investments. He also counsels clients on loan purchases, sales, intercreditor agreements and non-performing loan workouts. Clients rely on Ross for his depth of experience whether dealing with the most seasoned and sophisticated parties or working with first time structured finance borrowers and junior analysts and underwriters to navigate complex transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
