Robin Brewer represents technology companies —from high-tech to carburetors—before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and in district courts, including in worldwide litigation involving standard-essential patent (SEP) disputes. Co-leader of Sheppard's ITC Litigation practice, she is often called upon in active cases to organize teams, streamline processes and chart a clear path forward.
