Robert Katsnelson advises lenders and borrowers in all positions of the capital stack on a wide range of large and middle market financing transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, term facilities, co-lending and syndications, intercreditor arrangements, note-on-note and other back-leverage facilities, real estate debt securitizations, with extensive experience in complex capital structures, intercreditor issues, real estate securitization issues and workouts for distressed assets.

Two affiliate private equity firms in connection with a $75 million mezzanine construction financing for a mixed-use development anchored by a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of a $365 million total project capitalization, including intercreditor arrangements with senior lender and syndication of mezzanine facility.
Asset management firm in connection with the acquisition of a distressed first mortgage loan secured by a multifamily property in California, and subsequent workout including acquisition of the property through deed-in-lieu.
