Richard Hevier is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Richard's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Richard practiced at international law firms in New York and Boston.
