Rachel’s practice focuses on renewable energy transactions primarily involving the development and financing of renewable energy projects, particularly solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Rachel also represents borrowers, bank and nonbank lenders, investors, and other financial intermediaries in various types of finance transactions.
