Quincey Wilson

Overview

Quincey Wilson is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Century City office. He is also a member of the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Team.

Quincey has experience working on renewable energy transactions primarily involving the development and financing of solar, wind and battery storage projects.

Prior to joining Sheppard, Quincey was a project finance associate at a large international law firm where he represented lenders and equity investors in tax credit transfer transactions and debt and tax equity financings of utility-scale and distributed generation renewable energy projects.

Quincey attended Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Vice President of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization and received a Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies during a semester abroad in London, United Kingdom. Prior to law school, Quincey received his Bachelor of Arts in Government with double minors in French and Journalism from Georgetown University, where he served as President of the Minority Pre-Law Association and represented Georgetown as a sprinter on the varsity track & field team.
