Priyanka Amirneni is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare industry team.
Priyanka represents healthcare and life sciences clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity investments, financing, entity formation, and corporate governance matters. She also drafts agreements for strategic transactions, including licenses, collaborations, clinical trial agreements, and partnerships.
Priyanka received her B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology and History of Art from UC Berkeley, and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While in law school, Priyanka served as president of the Health Law Society and Chief Articles Editor of the Asian Pacific American Journal.
