Pouneh Almasi is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Blockchain & Fintech team.
Pouneh’s practice focuses on real estate secured transactions for banks and other lenders. She also represents banks and other lenders on construction loans for multi-family affordable housing projects throughout California. Pouneh’s practice also includes advising banks and fintech companies providing financial products and services, including counsel on regulatory matters.
She holds a Blockchain and the Law Professional certification from the Blockchain Council.
