Niya Tang is a partner in the Tax, Employee Benefits, and Trust & Estates Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Niya focuses her practice on U.S. federal income taxation of corporations, s-corporations, and partnerships, including the tax considerations of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, real estate, joint ventures, and financings. Niya has extensive experiences on a broad range of U.S. and international tax matters, and also provides advice on the formation and operation of private equity funds and hedge funds.
