Nathan Gencarella's practice focuses on trusts and estates litigation within the firm's Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Group. This internationally recognized team represents clients in some of the most high-profile and complex trust and estate conflicts in the country. His experience includes matters involving trust and will contests, elder abuse, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested conservatorships, guardianships, and accounting disputes.
Nathan is active in the legal community. Nathan is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing indigent parties in trusts and estates contests as well as persons seeking asylum and other immigration benefits.
