Natassia is a litigator who practices employment and civil litigation in the firm's San Francisco office. Natassia leverages her experience in high-stakes litigation and trial to help defend and protect companies and individuals from litigation risk and exposure.
Natassia defends companies in a wide variety of litigation and investigation matters. She has defended companies against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, negligence, product liability, false advertising, unfair competition, and other claims. From her time in public service, Natassia brings with her extensive experience filing and successfully obtaining Workplace Violence Restraining Orders and has conducted trainings on how to obtain such restraining orders. Natassia also assists companies with governmental investigations and issues concerning former employee misconduct.
In 2023, Natassia served as defense counsel in a multimillion dollar jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court, which resulted in a defense verdict. Natassia was recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA) as a "Top 40 Young Lawyer- On the Rise" in 2018. From 2019-2020, Natassia served as the Co-Chair of the ABA Mass Torts Committee.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Natassia served as a Deputy City Attorney on the Trial Team of the San Francisco City Attorney's Office.
