Nancy Attalla is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office.
Nancy maintains a robust practice in multi-district patent and trade secret litigation, PTAB proceedings, and in the ITC. She is well versed in areas of high tech, including semiconductors, SEP (5G, Wi-Fi), and mobile applications. Nancy has extensive experience consulting clients on patent portfolio and litigation strategies based on her own experience in-house interning in Samsung Research America's patent legal department during law school.
Nancy also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting indigent individuals with landlord-tenant disputes, and acquiring asylum status for refugees.
