Monica M. Youssef is special counsel in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Orange County office and serves as the Firmwide Director of Legal Skills Training.
Monica advises domestic and international companies across all stages of the corporate lifecycle, including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, private equity, and corporate governance.
Beyond her corporate practice, Monica is committed to pro bono service and community leadership, representing clients in immigration, adoption, and social justice matters. She serves on the Board of Directors for Ancient Faith Ministries and the Orthodox Christian Attorney Network.
