Monica M. Youssef is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office and the firm-wide Director of Transactional Training.
Monica's practice is centered on advising both domestic and international companies across a spectrum of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital financing, private equity, and corporate governance. Her expertise spans diverse industries such as technology, fashion and apparel, healthcare, media, financial services, biotechnology, and medical devices.
In addition to her corporate and securities work, Monica is deeply committed to pro bono work, providing legal representation to clients in immigration, adoption, and social justice matters. She is actively involved in several organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for Mary's Path in Orange County, Ancient Faith Ministries, and the Orthodox Christian Attorney Network.
