Matthew Mancini is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Century City office.
Matthew represents clients across an array of corporate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, debt financing, and other general corporate matters, with a focus on renewable energy, media and entertainment, healthcare, and sports.
Matthew earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he concentrated his coursework in entertainment, intellectual property, and media law, as well as family law and civil rights law. At Georgetown, he served as a senior staff editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives, the marketing chair for the Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance, and an actor and director in the Georgetown Gilbert and Sullivan Society. Matthew also volunteered at the Family Court Self-Help Center at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Previously, Matthew worked as a tax accountant at Moss Adams and as an audit accountant at Crowe, and gained experience in financial services and insurance at New York Life. Matthew received his B.A. in finance from Michigan State University, with minors in history and sociology. At MSU, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Spartan Journal and a podcast host for the Wealth Management Association.
