MaryJeanette Dee is retired from the firm and is now Of Counsel. She previously served on the firm's Executive Committee and was Co-Managing Partner on the firm.

MaryJeanette was instrumental in empowering the firm’s practice groups, industry teams and offices to thrive and innovate. She also helped drive operational excellence and support success at every level.

Before taking on her management role, MaryJeanette built a distinguished legal practice focused on representing financial institutions, corporations and individuals in high-stakes investigations conducted by the DOJ, SEC, FINRA and other federal and state agencies. Her experience spans complex issues from insider trading and sanctions compliance to anti-money laundering and sales practice violations. 

MaryJeanette was deeply committed to professional development within the firm, mentoring colleagues and cultivating an environment where talented professionals could build meaningful, enduring careers while delivering exceptional results for clients.
