Mark also advises on financial instruments such as swaps, collars and caps. His experience spans single lender, syndicated and participated loans, as well as distressed asset financing. He has extensive experience with loan workouts, discounted payoffs, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and other remedies, as well as single note and loan portfolio purchases, sales and financings.
Equally adept in real estate transactions, Mark handles single property and portfolio purchases and sales, simultaneous, forward and reverse tax-deferred exchanges, sale-leasebacks, tax credits, management, franchising and leasing, and development and construction. He also structures and forms entities, including California and Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, joint ventures and corporations.
