Lyle LeBlang is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Lyle's practice is centered on corporate law, with a particular focus in U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience advising clients on joint ventures, the establishment of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, business restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
Lyle represents a diverse range of clients, ranging from startups to well-established public and private companies, across a wide variety of industries that include manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, consumer goods, inspection services, software development, and healthcare. Additionally, he provides counsel to institutional and individual investors on matters related to public- and private-company investments. Lyle is committed to delivering strategic legal solutions that support the long-term growth and success of his clients.
Lyle currently serves as General Counsel for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Lyle served as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of California. He is a graduate of Tulane University and The University of Chicago Law School.
