Luke Nelson is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.
Luke's practice focuses on insurance litigation, in particular first-party and third-party bad faith and coverage disputes. He represents clients at all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and post-trial enforcement. He also advises clients on issues related to general claims handling, policy language and interpretation, and defense and indemnity obligations.
