Luke advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and technology transactions.
He represents a broad range of clients, including founders, entrepreneurs, established companies, and institutional investors. Luke brings hands-on experience in guiding start-ups through formation, drafting critical agreements for capital-raising transactions and joint ventures, and providing comprehensive support on deals to advance client objectives.
