Luke Fishman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the Firm's Orange County and San Diego (Del Mar) offices. He is a member of the Emerging Company & Venture Capital and Technology Transactions Teams. Luke splits his time among the Firm's Orange County and San Diego (Del Mar) offices.
Luke advises clients across the full lifecycle of a business — from formation and early-stage structuring through equity financings, strategic transactions and joint ventures, and liquidity events. He has particular experience guiding companies through corporate governance matters and preferred equity and convertible financings, and assists on mergers and acquisitions and other exit-oriented transactions.
Luke represents clients ranging from startups and entrepreneurs to family offices, closely held entities, and institutional investment funds. He works with clients operating in sophisticated and highly regulated industries, including life sciences, cryptocurrency, entertainment and media, and sports, where capital investment and strategic partnerships frequently evolve in parallel. He also works closely with management teams as outside counsel, advising on day-to-day corporate matters and long-term growth initiatives.
