Lisa Yun Pruitt is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar office and has previously served as a member of the San Diego office's Diversity and Inclusion Working Group Committee.

Lisa regularly advises clients on consumer compliance matters, including issues related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM Act). Lisa also has over ten years of experience in the area of bankruptcy law. She represents clients across a variety of industries, including financial institutions, auto finance companies, Fortune 500 companies, retail pharmacy chains, healthcare companies, and for-profit educational institutions.
