Leo Presiado is a seasoned business litigator with a distinguished track record representing clients in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts. He combines extensive trial experience with a strategic, business-focused approach to resolving challenging litigation matters.
Leo handles a broad range of disputes, including defamation, product disparagement and other trade libel matters, business torts, unfair competition claims and complex contract disputes. He has substantial experience guiding clients through all phases of litigation and has successfully represented clients in both trial and appellate courts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Leo has served as an instructor of commercial law at the University of California, Irvine, and as an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law.
