Kunchok Dolma is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office and a member of the firm's Transportation Team.
Kunchok's practice encompasses general commercial and construction litigation. She has worked on cases involving complex business litigation and construction disputes in state and federal courts and with clients being investigated by regulatory bodies such as FINRA and the SEC. Kunchok has also participated in multiple arbitrations and mediations held under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). As part of her training at Sheppard, Kunchok previously worked in the in-house division of a multinational beauty company.
Prior to law school, Kunchok worked in the mayoral offices of New York City Mayors Michael Bloomberg and Bill de Blasio, managing a multimillion-dollar Emmy award winning adult education program and won a NY Emmy award for her work creating civic engagement and language learning videos.
Kunchok has also completed two judicial internships in the United States Court of International Trade and the New York State Supreme Court.
