Kristine represents real estate developers and national builders in various real estate transactions and business transactions for the development, subdivision, and sales of commercial and residential real properties, including master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, high-rise condominiums, and small lot subdivisions throughout California. Kristine advises clients in Department of Real Estate regulatory matters and has extensive expertise in drafting of CC&Rs, disclosures, purchase and sale agreements, corporate formation documents, broker agreements, and other real estate transactions agreements.
