Koray Erbasi represents borrowers, bank and nonbank lenders, investors, and other financial intermediaries in various types of finance transactions, including terms loans, asset-based lines of credit, syndicated facilities, commercial real estate loans, structured finance and securitization transactions.
Koray also represents debtors-in-possession, official committees of unsecured creditors, chapter 11 trustees, asset purchasers, and individual creditors in all aspects of chapter 11 cases.
