Kevin A. Cyrulnik is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer, whose practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, structured financial products, cryptocurrency, and antitrust matters, where he represents major corporations, partnerships, hedge fund and other investment firms, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in a broad range of cases in federal and state courts, in arbitration and in front of regulatory authorities.

Amzak Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar real estate fund, in multiple actions for fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty, successfully obtaining a TRO and preliminary injunction, and ultimately obtaining title to multiple properties valued in the hundreds of millions, as well as a court award of sanctions for attorneys’ fees in the seven figures.
