Kenneth's experience includes pretrial remedies, trials, administrative proceedings, appeals, government investigations, and ADR. Kenneth was formerly affiliated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP; Kelley Drye & Warren LLP; and Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman LLP.
