With extensive expertise in all facets of real estate finance, Kelly is particularly proficient in construction lending, syndicated loan transactions, bridge lending, joint venture equity transactions, and distressed real estate workouts. Her practice spans the financing, foreclosure, and restructuring of a wide array of loans, secured by diverse real estate assets, including office buildings, hospitality venues, retail centers, condominiums, multi-family housing, industrial and land development projects, mixed-use developments, and shopping centers.
