Justin Le is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group and a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Team in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Justin's practice focuses on renewable energy transactions primarily involving the development and financing of renewable energy projects, particularly solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Justin was a project finance associate at a large international law firm where he represented lenders and institutional investors in tax credit transfer transactions and debt and tax equity financings of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
