Joshua Karam is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Houston office. Joshua has represented owners, developers, borrowers, landlords, and tenants, in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate across all sectors.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Joshua worked with a law firm in Houston as an associate with the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring group, and as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm, where he obtained in-house legal experience.
