Joe Roth is a special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.
Joe's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, with an emphasis in healthcare and class action litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of high exposure litigation matters involving business torts, contract disputes, credit reporting, constitutional challenges, and unfair competition laws. Joe has experience in all aspects of federal and California civil procedure, including filing and responding to complaints, conducting fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appellate practice.
