Violet Zhang is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group and a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Team.
Violet's practice focuses on renewable energy transactions, primarily involving the development and financing of solar, battery storage, wind, and microgrid projects.
Prior to focusing on renewable energy project finance, Violet advised energy corporations on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing, and compliance matters, including oil asset purchases and mining projects in emerging markets.
