Jeffrey Bingham is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office.
Jeff leads private credit funds and nonbank lenders through a variety of direct lending and specialty finance transactions. He also has significant experience representing banks, nonbanks, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in leveraged finance and fund finance transactions.
Jeff structures and negotiates secured and unsecured asset-based and cash-flow financings in a wide range of industries, including consumer finance, technology, health care, dental and similarly franchised business models, and retail and consumer products.
