Jared LeBeau is a first-chair trial lawyer who advises national and regional insurance companies in complex litigation and works to protect their interests before, during and after litigated disputes. His practice focuses on insurance bad faith claims (first-party and third-party), insurance fraud and unfair business practices, coverage disputes and class actions.
Jared has extensive experience handling disputes related to various lines of insurance, in particular property and casualty insurance (personal and commercial lines), as well as errors and omissions (E&O) and directors and officers (D&O) policies.
Working when possible to prevent litigation with negotiated solutions, Jared is a strategic advisor but also a trial-tested litigator who has taken multiple jury trials to verdict. His deep knowledge of the complexities of insurance law combined with his ability to deliver easily understood and compelling arguments to judges, mediators and juries makes him a formidable advocate for his clients—whether that be in court or at the negotiating table.
Jared also advises clients on issues related to general claims handling and investigation, policy interpretation, defense and indemnity obligations, and regulatory issues.
In his free time, Jared enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children. He is also an avid sports fan who plays golf, soccer and softball and likes to attend sporting events to support his favorite teams.
