Jake Dellinger supports the Corporate and Securities teams across a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and venture capital financings.
He works alongside lawyers serving clients from early-stage startups to large public companies, helping teams navigate corporate formation, reporting obligations and transaction risk management. Jake contributes by translating complex legal requirements into practical steps and flagging how individual decisions may affect future financings or compliance obligations. His ability to see the broader picture helps teams anticipate downstream issues before they arise.
Before joining Sheppard, Jake externed for a magistrate judge in the Southern District of California and interned at the University of Oregon Office of the General Counsel. Outside the office, Jake enjoys beach volleyball, playing guitar and rooting for the Seattle Seahawks.
