Graham Wardle is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Graham's practice is focused on advising public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters across a variety of industries. Graham also advises on renewable energy financing transactions including debt and tax equity financing of wind and solar facilities.
While in law school he was a judicial extern for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and Editor in Chief of the Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review.
