Gideon Sharp serves as the London Office Managing Partner. He joined on 1 June 2026 from another leading international law firm, where he was a senior Corporate partner and head of the firm’s International Private Equity practice for more than a decade.
He is a senior M&A lawyer with significant experience across a number of sectors. He advises on complex domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, consortium arrangements and JV deals, ranging from mid-market to large cap transactions. He regularly advises some of the world’s largest sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as major corporations. He has advised on transactions spanning over 60 countries.
