Evan represents purchasers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of transactional real estate including real estate finance, acquisitions, sales and leasing. He has advised clients in connection with the negotiation and structuring of various financing transactions including mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity transactions.
