Eric specializes in debt financing transactions for equity investors and institutional lenders. His experience includes documentation and review of complex title, survey, and zoning matters; entity formation documents; corporate resolutions; opinion letters; and other general transactional matters.
Eric assists national and regional banks, national life insurance companies, and other institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, modifications, and other finance-related transactions.
