He works closely with banks and borrowers on all areas of commercial lending, including acquisition loans, construction loans, and permanent financing across diverse property types.
Eric assists clients with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial, industrial, retail and office properties, as well as healthcare-related assets, including large medical institutional facilities, clinics, assisted care facilities and medical office buildings. His practice also covers the full scope of commercial leasing, construction, and improvements, representing both landlords and tenants.
