Emily Oetting is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Emily's legal practice is primarily concentrated on trust, estate, and inheritance disputes.
Emily received her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Emily was a Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review, and she spent a semester at ESADE in Barcelona where she took classes in international law.
Prior to law school, Emily earned her MBA from Fundesem Business School, in Alicante, Spain. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Cornell University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in viticulture and enology.
