Emily Mastoloni is an attorney in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Emily's practice focuses on corporate and securities laws, with an emphasis on public offerings and private placements. Her experience includes leading both underwriters as well as domestic and foreign companies in public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, shelf registrations, registered direct transactions, private investments in public equity (PIPEs), private placements and other securities offerings. Emily also advises companies and their boards on various securities law compliance and disclosure related issues as well as in connection with corporate governance matters. In addition, Emily also represents publicly held companies with their reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and with NASDAQ, NYSE and other exchange listing and compliance matters including matters involving FINRA.
